Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Court Squad, you agree to these Terms of Service. Court Squad is a free mobile app that helps recreational tennis teams manage schedules, availability, lineups, match results, standings, and team communication.
2. Your Account
- You may sign in by email and/or phone using a one-time passcode.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure.
- If you connect, manage, or edit information for a team, you must have authority to act for that team.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Court Squad. The service is not directed to children under 13.
3. Acceptable Use
Use Court Squad respectfully and only for lawful team-management purposes. Do not abuse the service, interfere with its operation, access accounts or teams without permission, upload harmful code, harass other users, or use the app to send unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
4. Your Content & Conduct
You keep ownership of messages, announcements, poll responses, availability responses, and other content you submit. You grant Court Squad a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the app and show it to the relevant team members.
Court Squad has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post content that is offensive, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to abuse, bully, impersonate, or harass other members. You can report any message and block any user directly in the app. We review reports and remove content that violates these terms, and may suspend or remove offending users — normally within 24 hours of a report. By using team chat and other communication features, you agree to these rules.
5. Third-Party Data
Court Squad may import data such as season schedules, rosters, ratings, and results from third-party league systems when a captain connects a team. Imported data is provided “as is,” and its accuracy depends on the source and later updates. Court Squad is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party league or governing body.
6. Cost
Court Squad is free for captains and players. There are no ads, no in-app purchases, and no donations — every feature is available to everyone at no cost.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
Court Squad is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Court Squad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, schedule errors, lineup decisions, match outcomes, or imported-data inaccuracies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
8. Changes & Contact
We may update these terms as Court Squad changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. For any question, email support@courtsquad.yeos.me.
