Delete your Court Squad account

You can delete your Court Squad account and personal data at any time — directly in the app, or by emailing us.

Delete in the app

Open the Court Squad app and sign in.
Go to the More tab and tap your name/profile at the top.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm on the Delete account? prompt. Your account is deleted immediately.

Delete by email

If you can't access the app, email support@courtsquad.yeos.me from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data, including:

Your name, email address, and phone number
Your ratings and external IDs (NTRP, WTN, USTA, ITF)
Your login credentials (you are signed out and can no longer sign in)
Your push notification tokens
Personal details on any pending join requests and team roster entries

What is kept

To preserve the integrity of shared team records, some content created within a team may remain after deletion, disassociated from your identity (no longer linked to your name or contact details):

Match results and team statistics that reference past lineups
Messages you posted in team chats (shown without your personal profile)

This retained content is anonymized. If you would like it removed as well, contact support@courtsquad.yeos.me and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.

Retention

Personal data is deleted immediately when you use in-app deletion, or within 30 days of an email request. Backups containing residual copies are purged on a rolling basis within 90 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
